Buscamos a los futuros líderes de nuestro equipo de tecnología a través de nuestro programa INTERNS ADC. Diseñamos una ruta de crecimiento proyectada a 2 años donde tu curva de aprendizaje será profunda, real y acelerada: 1ª Etapa \- Intern: Tus primeros 6 meses de inmersión. 2ª Etapa \- Trainee: Hasta 12 meses consolidando tu potencial. 3ª Etapa \- Analista Jr.: 1 año asumiendo nuevos retos. ¿Qué buscamos? * Estudiantes de Ingeniería (Sistemas, Software, TI o afines) apasionados por la tecnología y la innovación. * Nivel de inglés: Mínimo B1 (Ideal B2\). * Ubicación: Medellín y Valle de Aburrá (y zonas cercanas). * Habilitación universitaria: Contar con el aval de tu universidad para iniciar práctica profesional bajo Convenio de Práctica / Vinculación Formativa.
