About the Role
We are hiring a hands\-on SEO Content Manager who can produce high\-quality, AI\-friendly guides and blog posts that rank and convert. This is not a generic “write blog articles” role. You will create structured, question\-driven content that anticipates what users will ask next and answers it clearly using FAQs, step\-by\-step sections, comparisons, and internal linking.
You will work across two brands:
** LicensePlate.ae (UAE license plate marketplace \+ valuation content)**
** MillionMiner (ASIC mining hardware \+ managed hosting content)**
Your content must be educational, trust\-building, and conversion\-aware. The goal is topical authority, strong organic rankings, and content that search engines and AI systems can extract and reference.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
Content Strategy \& Production (Core)
** Write SEO\-focused guides and blog posts that fully answer user questions (Q\&A\-first approach).**
** Build “Pillar \+ Cluster” content structures (topical authority) for each brand.**
** Create content that targets real search intent (informational, commercial, transactional) and moves users toward the next step.**
On\-Page SEO for Every Deliverable
For every article/page update you deliver:
** SEO title (length\-aware), meta description, clean slug suggestion**
** Proper H2/H3 structure and scannable formatting**
** FAQ section with real user questions (not generic filler)**
** Internal linking plan and implementation (to tools, categories, key pages)**
** Image brief \+ alt text (natural, descriptive, keyword\-aware)**
Internal Linking \& Content Architecture
** Build and maintain internal link maps (which pages should link to which “money pages” and why).**
** Update existing content with new links, better FAQs, and refreshed sections to avoid thin/duplicate content.**
CMS Formatting (WordPress/Gutenberg \+ Website Pages)
** Deliver content copy\-paste ready for WordPress (no unnecessary scripts).**
** Keep formatting clean, crawler\-safe, and user\-friendly.**
Quality \& Continuous Optimization
** Ensure each piece is “complete” (answers the full question scope) and avoids duplication.**
** Improve existing posts: rewrite titles, expand FAQs, add missing user questions, strengthen internal links.**
Deliverables \& Output Expectations
We care about quality and impact, not word count. That said, a typical weekly output looks like:
** 2–4 high\-quality posts/guides (1,200–2,500\+ words depending on topic)**
** 5–15 updates to existing pages/posts (FAQs, meta, internal links, structure)**
** 1 simple content plan or cluster map update (ongoing)**
** Image briefs \+ alt text for all new content**
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
** Growth in non\-branded organic clicks and impressions (Google Search Console)**
** Improved rankings for defined topic clusters (Top 10 → Top 3\)**
** Higher CTR from better titles/meta descriptions**
** Stronger conversion\-assist: more clicks into key pages (calculator, listings, shop, contact)**
** Consistent content quality: every post answers the main query and “next questions”**
Required Skills \& Experience
Must\-Haves
** Proven SEO content experience (portfolio required)**
** Strong ability to structure content around user intent and questions (Q\&A\-led writing)**
** Able to create clear, educational content for complex topics**
** Strong internal linking instincts (topical authority mindset)**
** Excellent English writing skills (native or near\-native)**
** Self\-managed execution: research → outline → content → on\-page SEO → internal links**
