This is a multifaceted role involving sales, marketing, promotions, social media, administration and strategic development of a small business. This job requires approaching potential candidates in public, briefly explaining our service, and obtaining their contact information. There is no substitute for this. This means most of your working hours will be spent outside your home making in-person contact in public places. If you do not feel comfortable approaching strangers, or you don’t enjoy this type of work and movement, this job would not be for you. You will also serve as a personal assistant to the owner and will be involved in the collaboration and execution of business ideas. Requirements: • Must speak good English or have direct sales experience • Must live in a large city in Colombia (Barranquilla, Bogota, Cali o Medellin) • Must have a university education or direct sales experience • Must have strong interpersonal and computer skills with AI utilization • Must own a reliable computer and have internet access at home • Ability to work independently from home • High level of integrity, intelligence, and professionalism • Must be organized, resourceful, and able to excel in all aspects of a business • Strong common sense and ability to make sound decisions • Result-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, and attention to detail • Good, sincere and persuasive communicator orally and in writing • Starting Salary $3.000.000 pesos If you are ambitious, personable, and possess the ability to persuade and drive direct sales while helping people, we invite you to apply. -Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Universidad / Carrera técnica 1 año de experiencia Idiomas: Inglés Personas con discapacidad: Sí Palabras clave: demostrador, feriante, viajante, agent, representative, agente, representante, cambaceo, sales
