Join us to drive innovation in healthcare testing and deliver reliable software to our clients. *We accept* *CVs in English only.* **Responsibilities** * Create and update a comprehensive Master Test Plan covering hardware, interfaces, and all testing phases * Coordinate with Program Management to set test schedules, resource allocation, and communicate risks and progress * Establish standardized templates for test cases, scripts, reviews, and defect reporting; define and monitor KPIs and quality metrics * Identify test levels and types; review test cases for requirement compliance; collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to set test strategies * Maintain traceability by linking test cases to requirements * Manage identification and coordination of test environments, data, stubs, simulators, and integration points; partner with DevOps for environment upkeep * Develop release decision frameworks including quality gates, defect limits, performance, and security benchmarks * Evaluate test outcomes and defect patterns to foster continuous quality enhancement * Lead the QA team by providing training on test plans, strategies, and automation, promoting a culture focused on quality * Integrate AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, MCP servers, and GenAI for automated test workflows and generation * Configure Xray in Jira and manage test repositories and workflows * Supervise automated test integration into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates and real\-time monitoring * Guide automation tool selection and deployment including Playwright, Supertest, Wiremock, and Pact * Maintain Jira/Xray dashboards to track test progress, environment readiness, and execution metrics * Automate test execution within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines with integrated alerts and reporting **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in test management including creating Master Test Plans and automation strategies * Thorough knowledge of QA methodologies for both functional and non\-functional testing * Practical experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright, Supertest, Wiremock, Pact, k6, Docker Compose/TestContainers, and LocalStack * Familiarity with Jira, Xray, and CI/CD pipelines, especially Azure DevOps * Experience leading and mentoring QA and Automation teams with a focus on quality culture * Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations * Proven ability in defining and tracking KPIs and quality metrics * Understanding of DevOps practices and test environment provisioning * Analytical skills for defect analysis and process improvement * Experience integrating AI\-assisted tools including GitHub Copilot into QA processes * English proficiency at B2 level (Upper\-Intermediate) **Nice to have** * Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), GenAI, and prompt engineering * Experience with AI\-driven test generation and coverage optimization * Knowledge of hardware and external interface testing * Understanding of test data management, stubs, simulators, and integration * Experience with security and performance testing tools like k6 and Grafana **We offer** * Learning Culture \- We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally * Health Coverage \- Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
