This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo! **Apply right now!** Analista Seguridad Cliente Estructurar y establecer las políticas y procedimientos operativos requeridos para mantener la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y continuidad de la plataforma y los servicios asociados a la línea a su cargo. Diseñar e implementar alternativas tecnológicas que permitan la optimización y simplificación de la operación con la automatización de procesos propios de la operación y gestion de los servicios. Participar activamente en la gestión del gobierno de seguridad para las diferentes soluciones implementadas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares, realizar las pruebas y asegurar la correcta mitigación de vulnerabilidades detectadas. Diseñar los mapas de arquitectura de la red a implementar, operar y soportar, manteniendo la documentación actualizada y disponible para las áreas que lo requieran y el cliente. Definir los parámetros de instalación, configuración, operación y monitoreo de la plataforma y sus servicios. Realizar la gestión, implementación y operación de todos los componentes que hacen parte de la plataforma implementada. Brindar atención y solución parcial o definitiva a incidentes y requerimientos del media y alta complejidad, escalados por los grupos o áreas de servicio. Definir las listas de chequeo y descarte de fallas, para dar solución a incidentes por parte del primer nivel de atención y soporte en sitio. Brindar capacitación y/o transferencia de conocimiento a los diferentes grupos y áreas de soporte a la operación del servicio, sobre la solución implementada. Apoyar el diseño técnico de la arquitectura del servicio a operar. Participar en la implementación con Especialistas y fabricantes. Apoyar la instalación y configuración la infraestructura (Software y Hardware) de la solución a soportar a nivel central y en sede. Participar en proyectos tecnológicos de la compañía o del cliente. Demás funciones que le sean asignadas por la Supervisión del Contrato y asociadas al cargo.
