We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Import Coordinator to support our Imports team across all shipment types: FCL, LCL, and AIR. What You’ll Do Operational Support Across All Shipment Modes: * Assist in managing import files for FCL, LCL, and AIR shipments from pre\-alert to final billing. * Review pre\-alert documentation for accuracy and completeness, then upload and classify all relevant documents in CargoWise and eDocs. * Prepare customs clearance documentation and ensure timely submission to customs brokers. * Track shipments daily and proactively update CargoWise and stakeholders on delays or changes. * Coordinate deliveries with truckers and consignees, securing timely appointments to prevent detention and storage charges. * Send booking confirmations and delivery orders with all necessary supporting documentation. * Accrue charges, ensure quotes are added to shipments, and assist with final billing for accuracy. Communication \& Teamwork: * Respond to internal and external emails promptly (within 4 hours for external, same day for internal). * Proactively provide complete shipment updates to customers, agents, and internal departments. * Escalate issues to Import Supervisors and collaborate with team members to find effective solutions. Compliance \& Data Integrity: * Ensure all files are auditable and compliant with US CBP regulations. * Monitor ISF submissions and customs documentation for completeness. * Maintain detailed notes and accurate data in CargoWise for global visibility.
