




**Key Responsibilities** **Data Integrity \& Validation** * Validate data consistency across multiple sources and coordinate corrections. **CMDB Management (ServiceNow)** * Upload and configure client datasets in ServiceNow CMDB. * Perform data cleanup, normalization, and troubleshoot CMDB issues. **E\-Bonding \& Integrations** * Support field\-mapping for e\-bonding and monitoring integrations. * Test integrations and validate end\-to\-end data flows. **Reporting \& Analytics** * Produce analytical reports and dashboards using ServiceNow, Zabbix, and Grafana. **Operational Support** * Troubleshoot CMDB issues and support upgrades, migrations, and enhancements. * Maintain customer contact lists and Knowledge Base articles. * Conduct access/compliance audits and prepare KPI/performance reports. ***MUST:*** * Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology, or related field. * Work Experience 3 years up to 6 years' experience * Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, monitoring tools, and data management processes. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency with Excel, SQL, data visualization tools (Grafana, Power BI), and reporting. * Experience working with GNOC, NOC/SOC, or Managed Services operations (preferred). * Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
