You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement sophisticated, scalable solutions in an advanced and rapidly changing ecosystem. **Responsibilities** * Define enterprise\-grade data pipeline architectures to enable global scalability * Lead the design and implementation of real\-time streaming platforms for critical data ingestion * Architect and optimize multi\-petabyte data lakes to enhance retrieval capabilities and long\-term storage * Oversee the automation and management of intricate ETL and ELT workflows through Azure Data Factory * Integrate distributed data processing frameworks with advanced analytics using Azure Databricks and PySpark * Design and manage comprehensive cloud infrastructure strategies leveraging Azure IaaS and PaaS models * Establish networking strategies and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps * Develop robust data strategies for telemetry monitoring and log analytics across complex systems * Spearhead innovation in time\-series analytics and operational insights with Azure Data Explorer and KQL * Execute data governance, security, and compliance practices through Azure Purview * Translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions with Azure technologies * Cultivate alignment with stakeholders while mentoring and coaching senior teams * Architect Agile and DevOps workflows to foster organizational agility and resilience **Requirements** * 16\+ years of experience in Data Solution Architecture * 8\+ years in senior leadership roles, preferably in Agile enterprise settings * Background in handling 5\+ large\-scale data projects * Leadership skills to manage and inspire multidisciplinary teams across domains * Expertise in Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks (PySpark), Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Explorer for analytics * Knowledge of distributed systems and high\-scale analytics using PySpark and Azure Databricks * Experience architecting and managing globally scalable data lakes, pipelines, and real\-time solutions with ADX * Proficiency in ETL/ELT automation and orchestration using Azure technologies * Comprehensive understanding of cloud infrastructure governance, including IaaS/PaaS, CI/CD pipelines, and networking within Azure DevOps * Showcase of telemetry and log analytics methodologies for large systems with ADX * Specialization in time\-series analysis and operational insights via ADX and KQL * Proficiency in enterprise models for data security, compliance, and governance with Azure Purview * Capability to convert sophisticated business needs into impactful technical strategies using Azure solutions * Advanced communication and leadership competencies to align stakeholders and mentor senior\-level teams * Familiarity with Agile workflows and enterprise\-grade DevOps practices for continuous improvement * English language proficiency at an Advanced level (C1\) or higher **Nice to have** * Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Scala for advanced data processing and optimization * Experience with advanced ML/AI models and frameworks leveraging Azure Machine Learning and Databricks * Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Data Engineer Associate, or similar
