Es la persona encargada de revisar que los auxiliares lleven a cabalidad los procesos y procedimientos en la distribución y entrega de las dietas a cada uno de los pacientes, como también se encarga de organizar y hacer los horarios de los auxiliares de dietas en cada una de sus labores y verifica que cada uno de ellos lleve a cabo sus funciones a cabalidad. Adicionalmente se encarga de revisar, verificar y hacer cumplir cada uno de los procesos, formatos y normas de calidad para asegurar su estricto cumplimiento.
