Automatización y digitalización de procesos. ### **Description** Role summary Esta posición es ideal para profesionales de nivel intermedio–avanzado en Supply Chain para integrarse al equipo regional como Analista de Supply Chain, con responsabilidad en la coordinación, seguimiento y optimización de operaciones de importación y exportación. El rol actúa de forma autónoma en la gestión operativa y analítica del flujo de supply chain, asegurando el cumplimiento regulatorio básico aplicable a dispositivos médicos y generando valor a través del análisis de datos, automatización de procesos y visualización de información. Trabajando en estrecha colaboración con brokers, forwarders, distribuidores y áreas internas, esta posición es clave para garantizar eficiencia operativa, visibilidad end‑to‑end y una toma de decisiones basada en datos, con un fuerte mindset digital.### **Key Responsibilities** Role expectations * Coordinar de forma autónoma el seguimiento de las operaciones de importación y exportación para Colombia y Chile, asegurando visibilidad y control de los embarques. * Revisar, validar y dar seguimiento a la documentación de comercio exterior, garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos regulatorios y sanitarios básicos aplicables. * Gestionar la relación operativa con brokers, forwarders y distribuidores, anticipando riesgos y proponiendo soluciones ante desviaciones. * Mantener y optimizar bases de datos operativas en Excel, asegurando exactitud, consistencia y trazabilidad de la información. * Desarrollar, mantener y mejorar dashboards en Power BI para el seguimiento de KPIs operativos y de desempeño de supply chain. * Analizar datos operativos para identificar oportunidades de mejora en tiempos, costos, calidad de información y eficiencia de procesos. * Apoyar la gestión de órdenes de compra y procesos relacionados en ERP (SAP), actuando como referente funcional a nivel operativo. * Liderar iniciativas de automatización y digitalización de reportes y procesos recurrentes, reduciendo tareas manuales y aumentando eficiencia. ### **Skills, Knowledge \& Expertise** What we're looking for * Education: Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Administración, Comercio Exterior, Logística o carrera afín. * Experience: 1 año de previa en supply chain, comercio exterior o logística (incluyendo prácticas), con exposición a operaciones de importación/exportación. * Skills: o Capacidad analítica sólida y orientación a datos. o Dominio intermedio–avanzado de Excel para análisis y control operativo. o Capacidad para estructurar información y generar insights accionables. o Communication: Habilidad para comunicarse de manera clara y efectiva con stakeholders internos y externos. o Teamwork: Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, organizada y colaborativa en entornos multiculturales y regionales Complementary skills * Conocimiento básico–intermedio de Power BI para creación y mantenimiento de dashboards. * Conocimiento básico de regulación sanitaria aplicable a dispositivos médicos. * Experiencia deseable en ERP (SAP). * Inglés básico para interacción con documentación y stakeholders internacionales. * Mentalidad de automatización, digitalización y mejora continua. * Alta atención al detalle, organización y capacidad de priorización. ### **About Align Technology** **Your growth and well\-being:** At Align, every smile matters.
