




Data Management Services Associate(Job Number: DAT000067\) Description **ABOUT THE COMPANY** AZADEA Group is a premier lifestyle retail company that owns and operates more than 40 leading international franchise concepts in fashion and accessories, food and beverage, home furnishings, sporting goods, multimedia and beauty and cosmetics across the Middle East and Africa spread across 13 countries overseeing more than 700 stores. **JOB PURPOSE** The Data Management Services Associate at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for transferring, processing, and organizing data. He/she executes data entry, data validation, and data cleansing, assists with data migration between systems, and conduct reviews to identify issues or discrepancies. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Scrutinize error logs within targeted applications, taking corrective actions and escalating complex issues as needed. * Detect and correct missing or corrupted files occurring during the data transfer process, resolving them or reporting as necessary. * Handle manual dynamic data entry within the relevant business applications and configure static data as necessary. * Supervise the performance of middleware systems, promptly addressing any errors or malfunctions. * Monitor the transmission of outgoing data to external entities and report any instances of delivery failure. * Provide business users with relevant information related to electronic data transfer. * Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting that data into standard formats. Qualifications **LANGUAGE \& TECHNICAL SKILLS** **Language** **Proficiency** * Fluency in English. * Fluency in French is a plus. **Technical** **Skills** * Proficiency in MS Office. **EDUCATION** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field. **EXPERIENCE** Zero to two years of experience in a similar role. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** **Customer Focus** Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer\-centric solutions.
