Our **Procurement & Facilities** team is seeking a **Security Submanager** to join Inchcape **Andean North**. The purpose of this role is to develop, implement, and oversee security policies, procedures, and systems to ensure the protection of employees, assets, facilities, and the Executive Committee. This role will lead the design and execution of risk mitigation strategies, crisis management, and incident response plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
**What You’ll Do**
* Lead the physical and electronic security strategy, ensuring protection of people, assets, and facilities.
* Identify and mitigate risks through inspections, controls, and preventive plans.
* Oversee security systems, infrastructure, and corrective maintenance.
* Coordinate crisis management and emergency response to ensure business continuity.
* Liaise with authorities, external networks, and security providers to strengthen protection.
* Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and audits.
* Promote a security culture through training, communication, and awareness initiatives.
* Manage budget, performance indicators, and area performance reports.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you need:
* Strategic thinking focused on prevention, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
* Prior experience in armed forces, police, or corporate security, with strong knowledge of physical and electronic security, crisis management, and emergency response.
* Leadership capability to manage and motivate internal and external teams.
* Clear and effective communication across all organizational levels and with external authorities.
