Position Summary: Coordinate logistics for dispatches, plan production and inventories, manage the warehouse, and generate reports for efficient operational control. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive warehouse and operational equipment management **Main Responsibilities** **Logistics and Dispatches** * Coordinate dispatches to clients such as large retail chains (Sodimac, Alkosto, Éxito, Falabella, Olímpica) * Schedule and monitor appointments at distribution centers (CEDIS) (Control T, Sidel, logistics portals) * Coordinate transportation according to volume and destination * Supervise picking, packing, and deliveries **Production and Inventories** * Daily production planning based on orders * Control of raw materials and finished goods * Supervision of import receipt * Ensure traceability, labeling (stickers), and readiness **Warehouse** * Ensure warehouse order, control, and proper operation * Supervise operational equipment * Conduct physical inventory counts and turnover control **Control and Reporting** * Weekly dispatch vs. pending report * Inventory shortage alerts * Supply and production reports * Purchase order tracking **Administrative** * Coordinate with accounting and administrative departments * Support invoicing, dispatches, and document control Position Type: Indefinite-term, Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
