Job Summary: We are seeking an AWS Cloud Support Engineer to manage services, apply DevSecOps practices, and manage infrastructure-as-code, collaborating within an innovative team. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for talent to fill the position of AWS Cloud Support Engineer. Key Responsibilities: * Administer and operate AWS services and resources, ensuring best practices, security, and efficiency. * Apply DevSecOps practices to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. * Manage and govern environments under AWS Organizations, including account administration and security guidelines. * Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform. * Administer Service Control Policies (SCPs) and security tools such as AWS Security Hub, AWS Config, among others. * Participate in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of continuous deployment pipelines. * Collaborate with the technical team to resolve incidents, automate processes, and ensure environment stability. * Perform on-call support duties (standby) during nights and weekends as required. * Contribute to required technical documentation for cloud processes, configurations, and workflows. * Actively participate in collaborative environments, contributing ideas and maintaining effective communication with the team. Requirements: * Degree in Systems Engineering or related field, with at least 1 year of experience. * In-depth knowledge of AWS and its core services. * Experience with DevSecOps methodologies and CI/CD implementation. * Knowledge of AWS Organizations governance. * Experience using Terraform to define infrastructure-as-code. * Basic programming knowledge. * Experience administering SCPs and tools such as AWS Security Hub, AWS Config, among others. * Knowledge of continuous deployment and continuous development. * Cloud, cloud governance, or related certifications (preferred). * Additional Terraform expertise (preferred). * Residency in Medellín, availability for hybrid work mode. * Availability for standby shifts during nights and weekends.
