Coordination of on-site assembly and follow-up A metal-mechanical sector company requires a **Mechanical Engineer** with experience in supervising production processes and coordinating on-site assembly. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering * Minimum 4 years of experience as a supervisor or coordinator in a metal-mechanical production plant * Experience managing and supervising operational and production personnel * Knowledge of and ability to interpret mechanical and fabrication drawings * Proficiency in CAD software * Experience in material calculation and quantification * Experience in production schedule planning and tracking * Availability to conduct site visits and coordinate assembly activities Main Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the production activities of the metal-mechanical plant * Manage and lead work teams to ensure achievement of production goals * Interpret drawings and technical specifications for manufacturing parts and structures * Coordinate on-site assembly and track executed activities * Conduct technical visits to verify progress, requirements, and compliance with specifications * Perform material calculations required for production, aligned with target goals and delivery deadlines * Maintain effective communication with clients, operational staff, and other organizational departments Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in similar positions?
