Job Description We are looking for passionate individuals who want to join our Customer Success team as a Renewals Agent. We value diverse experiences and skills, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Your Challenges - Conduct renewals for assigned customers using your skills, ensuring proper management, classification, and follow-up. - Receive customer calls through various support channels to identify why they have not renewed their product and recover outstanding balances. - Contact customers who have not renewed their invoices to identify the reasons for non-renewal and achieve collection. - Ensure documentation of all interactions. What We Are Looking For? - Completed high school diploma or university degree in accounting or related field. - Minimum one year of experience in portfolio collections, sales, customer loyalty, and/or retention. - Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting knowledge. What We Offer - Remote work. - Indefinite-term contract. - Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., supporting Ecuadorian operations; therefore, Ecuadorian public holidays apply.
