Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Technical Construction Supervision Resident. Knowledge of construction process supervision. Ability to prepare technical reports. Attention to detail and adherence to technical standards. Job Mission: Ensure the proper execution of construction projects through continuous technical supervision, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and current regulations. Responsibilities: Draft technical construction reports. Review alignment and elevation of excavation, foundation, and structural elements. Supervise steel reinforcement, formwork, and concrete placement. Verify concrete placement in piles, foundations, and structural elements. Inspect installation of non-structural elements. Record daily activities in the construction logbook. Track construction progress across various activities. Register concrete, masonry, and steel test specimens and their test results. Prepare weekly quality management and construction progress reports. Supervise specimen collection and handling. Support other duties assigned by the technical supervisor. Professional Competencies: Teamwork, attention to detail, effective communication. · Salary: $2,120,000 + social benefits + transportation allowance ($249,095) + non-salary bonus ($380,000).
