Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Leader to coordinate the analysis and optimization of organizational processes in Data Governance and analytical strategy, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement. Management and supervision of Data Governance processes We are looking for a Process Leader for our team at VISIONAMOS LOW-VALUE PAYMENT SYSTEM Mission: Responsible for coordinating the mapping, analysis, characterization, and optimization of organizational processes related to Data Governance and institutional analytical strategy. This profile must ensure alignment among business processes, technological capabilities, and the organization’s strategic objectives, promoting efficiency, traceability, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Manage and supervise Data Governance processes. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure operational efficiency. Continuously analyze and improve workflows. Resolve technical and operational issues arising in processes. · Requirements Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Preferably with specialization in Process Management, Digital Transformation, Quality, or Project Management. Minimum five (5) years of experience in organizational process mapping, documentation, and optimization, preferably in financial institutions, cooperatives, or digital transformation projects. Knowledge of electronic payment systems and low-value payments.
