We are seeking a Full Stack Technical Leader passionate about technology, possessing strategic vision and strong organizational alignment capabilities, who will actively engage with various company divisions — including ERP and Domonow — to contribute to the organization’s holistic technological evolution. This person will serve as a cross-functional technical reference, participating in initiatives that connect innovation, enterprise architecture, and artificial intelligence, aligning technological solutions with real business and customer needs. This is an opportunity to: Participate in building a new line of technological solutions Develop modern enterprise products integrating AI Lead technical decisions in software development Build solutions that impact real enterprise customers Explore and implement emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies Work closely with the company’s diverse technology areas, including ERP and Domonow Be a key contributor in defining organizational standards, architecture, and technological innovation The Challenge Design, develop, and evolve enterprise solutions integrating: Full Stack development of enterprise applications API and microservices integration Use of LLMs and applied Artificial Intelligence AI-powered process automation Integration with existing enterprise systems Implementation of scalable and robust solutions Cross-functional collaboration with various teams and business units to identify technological innovation opportunities We seek someone who enjoys building robust software, leading teams and strategic discussions technically, and possesses curiosity about applying AI to real-world business problems. Responsibilities Lead the technical development of Full Stack projects Design modern, scalable software architectures Integrate Artificial Intelligence solutions into enterprise applications Develop APIs, microservices, and backend services Participate in technological decisions and development standards Ensure coding best practices, security, and quality Support the team’s technical evolution Research and implement new tools and technologies Collaborate closely with ERP and Domonow divisions to drive shared technological initiatives Serve as a technical bridge between business, product, and development areas Support architectural and organizational technological evolution decisions Technical Requirements Mandatory: +5 years of software development experience Full Stack development experience Software architecture experience API and microservices development experience Experience with relational or NoSQL databases Cloud deployment experience Strong software development and design best practices Desirable: Experience or interest in applied Artificial Intelligence Integration with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI or other models) Knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain or similar Experience with RAG architectures or vector databases DevOps knowledge Experience working across multiple enterprise areas or platforms Soft Skills Systems thinking Clear technical communication Technical leadership Ability to structure complex problems Technological curiosity and continuous learning Cross-functional relationship-building and inter-area collaboration Strategic vision of technology applied to business Working Conditions Work Location: Medellín, Antioquia Work Modality: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: To be agreed upon based on profile and experience. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Professional Program 5 years of experience Age: Up to 45 years Keywords: boss, manager, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, supervisor, technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist
