Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators skilled in handling loading machinery for logistics operations and waste management, with high responsibility and strict compliance with regulations. Support material compaction processes and comply with safety regulations. A leading logistics and waste management company is looking for Forklift Operators to join its operations in the industrial zone. We seek personnel experienced in operating loading machinery (combustion and/or electric), with high responsibility for material care and strict adherence to industrial safety regulations. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma. Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Course (Mandatory). Experience: 6 months to 1 year operating combustion or electric forklifts in industrial or logistics environments. Transportation: Must have personal motorcycle; the company does not provide shuttle service. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday. Your main responsibilities: Load and unload authorized vehicles following instructions from your immediate supervisor. Ensure technical stacking of pallets, bales, and big bags to prevent collapse or material damage. Perform internal transportation of waste and materials between different plant areas. Operate the forklift strictly within load limits and support material compaction processes. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,850,550 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide shuttle service; having personal transportation is mandatory.
