

Holding Space for Healing, Reflection, and Support Grief is not meant to be carried alone. Join us on the 2nd Thursday of each month for a virtual grief circle, a sacred space for healing, reflection, and shared presence. Whether you’re navigating personal loss, collective grief, or the weight of the world, this gathering offers a compassionate container for expression and support. This is a gentle, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are—whether in deep sorrow, quiet contemplation, or in need of community connection. Each session will include: 🌿 Grounding meditation to help settle into the space 🌿 Authentic sharing (speak if you feel called, listen if you prefer) 🌿 Collective reflection & support—you are not alone 🌿 Healing practices to guide you through the waves of grief This circle is open to all, no matter where you are on your journey.
