We are currently seeking a talented Senior **Web Designer** who wants to join our team and contribute to the development of exceptional digital experiences. **Conditions:** * **Contract type:** Independent contractor agreement * The company grants and compensates vacation periods, medical leaves, as well as maternity and paternity leave * **Work mode:** 100% Remote * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) * **Salary: FROM** 10M negotiable (depending on work experience) * **Contract:** Independent Contractor Agreement \+ benefits. **Responsibilities** * Design and optimize modern, responsive, and user-centered web interfaces. * Collaborate with development, marketing, and product teams to create digital experiences aligned with the business model. * Implement best practices in UX/UI, accessible design, and adaptive design (mobile-first). * Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and style guides. * Ensure visual consistency and brand identity across all digital products. * Integrate **artificial intelligence tools into creative and design processes**, such as generating visual concepts, optimizing, and editing images. * **Support the Marketing team** by creating and versioning **email marketing and social media assets.** * Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging web technologies. **Requirements** * +5 years of proven experience designing digital products (web and apps). * Strong portfolio with examples of websites or digital products designed. * Proficiency in **Figma** (Auto-layout, Variants, Variables, advanced prototyping). * Practical experience in **tokenization** / **design tokens** (e.g., JSON, CSS vars, Style Dictionary, Tokens Studio, or similar). * Design for **Material Design** (Android) and **Human Interface Guidelines** (iOS). * Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and responsive design frameworks.** * Experience working with development teams and agile methodologies. * Use of AI to accelerate workflows (visual exploration, content, consistency QA). * Proficiency with AI tools applied to design, such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, DALL·E, Runway, or similar. * Attention to detail, strategic thinking, product thinking, and passion for digital experience.
