




JUNIOR INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER Objective: Participate in the design, development, and optimization process of industrial products that are functional, aesthetic, innovative, and manufacturable, aligned with market requirements, the company's technical capabilities, and quality and sustainability standards. Experience: Six months to one year in similar positions and/or manufacturing companies. Professional Training: Graduate in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with strong proficiency in design software. \- Prepare at the end of each workday a detailed report including any issues encountered, progress on new tasks, and the degree of completion compared to the initial shift plan. \- Develop design concepts and proposals for new products according to instructions from the area supervisor. \- Produce sketches, 3D models, and physical or digital prototypes. \- Participate in functional testing and design adjustments. \- Validate information provided by internal clients and suppliers. \- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing products. \- Ensure designs meet technical, cost, and timeline requirements. \- Carry out development according to customer requests. \- Analyze design trends, materials, and technology. \- Prepare technical drawings and product specifications. \- Collaborate with team members to align needs with production, marketing, and quality departments. \- Support quality control of developed parts to ensure feasibility. \- Design and launch products together with the assigned area supervisor. Indefinite-term contract directly with the company. 100% on-site work mode. Working hours: Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Job type: Full-time
