Access to internal training and professional growth opportunities Iron Mountain seeks a detail-oriented and organized Junior Document Management Technician or Technologist to join our Data Entry team in Bogotá. In this role, you will be responsible for inventory execution and control, as well as ensuring that physical information exactly matches digital records in the client’s systems. You will join a team focused on a new strategic project, playing a fundamental role in the traceability and custody of critical documentary assets. · In this role, you will: Perform technical indexing and metadata validation to ensure 100% of physical information is accurately recorded in digital platforms. Collaborate with Custody Committees in preparing inventories and diagnostics to support decision-making regarding the document lifecycle. Ensure compliance with Document Retention Schedules (DRS) and security policies to maintain the integrity of the chain of custody for files. · The ideal candidate will have: 2 years of experience in similar document management and inventory control functions. Solid knowledge of applying Document Retention Schedules (DRS) and archival regulations. Proven ability to use office tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook) and manage information on platforms. Academic background as a Document Management Technician or Technologist, or in related fields. Our Offer Location: On-site work in Bogotá (Calle 93A 13-24). Salary: COP $2,211,304 per month. Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (44 hours per week). Contract: Fixed-term contract for 3 months, with possibility of extension.
