We are searching for a **Lead Data Analyst** to spearhead a GenAI Proof of Concept (POC) for our client's Career Journey initiative. This position will provide strategic oversight and expert insight into personalization features and recommendations, with a strong emphasis on advanced data preparation for AI applications. *We accept* *CVs in English only.* **Responsibilities** * Drive collaboration with stakeholders to define and refine the scope and long\-term objectives of the GenAI Proof of Concept * Guide the development of advanced analytical insights to enhance career journey recommendations and personalization strategies * Architect and oversee scalable ETL processes to ensure readiness of data for AI and Machine Learning deployment * Develop and optimize solutions using Retrieval\-Augmented Generation, applying advanced methodologies for personalized recommendations * Lead the strategy and execution of Prompt Engineering practices to maximize input\-output optimization for GenAI * Collaborate across diverse teams to synthesize and interpret complex insights from certifications, content, and other data sources * Establish and maintain documentation standards for analytical processes to ensure a scalable knowledge base * Deliver in\-depth presentations and actionable recommendations to executives and client leadership * Proactively monitor and incorporate GenAI trends to ensure innovative and impactful application of industry best practices **Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience in Data Science and Analytics * At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience * Proven expertise in Data Software Engineering, Gen AI Application Development, and advanced Prompt Engineering techniques * Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and implementing robust ETL frameworks tailored for AI\-driven solutions * Extensive knowledge of Retrieval\-Augmented Generation and its practical applications in state\-of\-the\-art AI models * Deep expertise in analyzing and leveraging certification and content\-based data for strategic decision\-making * Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and communicating complex analytical insights to leadership * Analytical problem\-solving mindset with a track record of resolving data challenges on large\-scale projects * Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2\+ level) **Nice to have** * Advanced expertise in Natural Language Processing, including implementation of NLP frameworks in AI systems * Experience integrating NLP techniques into sophisticated recommendation models and personalization solutions * Proficiency in cutting\-edge NLP methodologies to enhance scalable AI applications **We offer** * Learning Culture \- We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally * Health Coverage \- Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
