Job Function: Finance The role: We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: **Accounts Receivable \& Billing Lead****SoftwareOne****Scope: Full\-time \| Office: Bogotá \| Hybrid** **How a day to day would look like in this role:** * **Lead the Order to Cash (OTC) cycle**, including billing, accounts receivable, and collections management. * **Supervise client invoicing** and ensure accurate allocation of incoming payments. * **Coordinate with Treasury** on bank operations, cash flow, and supplier\-related payments. * **Monitor and track receivables**, driving effective collection and recovery actions. * **Identify and implement process improvements** to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in financial operations. What we need to see from you: **Profile:** Finance professional with solid experience in the **Order to Cash (OTC) cycle**, including billing, accounts receivable, and collections management. Expert in overseeing client invoicing, payment application, and cash flow coordination with Treasury. Proven ability to manage customer portfolios, implement recovery strategies, and strengthen financial operations.
