




**SCHEDULE: 12.30 PM \- 10.30 PM** **2 days off \- It rotates between Thursday\+ Friday // Saturday \+ Sunday** **ON SITE IN EL POBLADO** **Job description** As a Dispatch Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing package delivery routes and ensuring efficient operations. This includes real\-time monitoring, performance management, and driver support to maintain high service standards and cost\-effectiveness. **Essential Functions:** * **Real\-Time Monitoring \& Reporting:** Provide live oversight of routes, tracking driver progress, stops, and delivery statuses. Generate hourly reports on long gaps, breaks, undeliverable packages, unknown stops, return\-to\-station events, and route delays. * **Performance and Overtime Control:** Issue real\-time alerts to identify and reduce unnecessary or unreported overtime, assisting DSP owners in managing labor costs effectively. * **Netradyne Alerts \& Coaching Integration:** Monitor Netradyne safety alerts, dispute incorrect reports in real\-time, and coordinate coaching sessions with HR to promote safe driving behaviors and improve scorecard performance. * **End\-of\-Day and Summary Reporting:** Compile and share daily reports with management via email and PDF summaries, including Netradyne alerts, disputed events, driver status updates, and performance trends. * **Operational Coordination \& Driver Support:** Assist with real\-time rescue coordination, DVIC checks (pre/post\-trip), meal waiver tracking, and route adjustments to ensure smooth operations and immediate driver support. **Competencies** ● Detail oriented ● Excellent communication skills ● Active listening ● Multitasking ● Strong organizational skills ● Excellent verbal and written ability ● Manage correct and professional communication ● English proficiency **Educational \& Experience Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service.
