**Senior Backend Developer (.NET/C\# \+ Azure)** Gorilla Logic is looking for a very Senior Backend Developer with exceptional web and backend development skills to work as a member of an Agile team responsible for building and maintaining our client’s web and/or mobile applications. But your real success will be measured by how well you couple critical thinking with self\-motivation, enthusiasm, and determination. **Responsibilities** * Provide architectural leadership to the team and our client * Work with an agile team to build, maintain and optimize our client’s applications * Mentor fellow developers * Work with DevOps and QA to build a quality\-focused CI/CD pipeline * Proficient English and communications skills required Good analytical thinking and problem\-solving skills * **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience * 5\+ years of backend development experience with .NET/C\# and/or .NET Core * Strong understanding of .NET/C\# patterns and practices * 5\+ years of cloud development experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure * Demonstrable experience with cloud security and scaling in a production environment * Familiarity with modern architectural design patterns and modalities such as microservices, serverless, event based, pub/sub, and data streaming Development experience with SQL or NoSQL databases and writing complex SQL queries * **Bonus Skills** * Demonstrable experience with payment processing systems * Cloud development experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud * 3\+ years of experience with modern JavaScript such as ES6, ES7, and Typescript * Container experience with Docker/Kubernetes
