Whether you want to broaden your knowledge base or narrow your scope and specialize in a specific sector, you can find your opportunity here **Required Skills and Experience** * **Minimum 3 years of experience as an IBM** **i** **Administrator** , managing critical environments and ensuring system performance. * Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Windows Server (2016/2019\)** administration and configuration. * Hands\-on experience with **VMware ESX** environments. * Familiarity with **public and private cloud platforms** , including migration from on\-premises to cloud solutions. * Ability to manage **system security** , including user access and password controls. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills with a proactive approach. **Preferred Skills and Experience** * Experience with **automation tools** and **Infrastructure as Code (IaaS)** . * Knowledge of **vulnerability management** practices and tools. * Understanding of **Microsoft Active Directory** and federation services . * Exposure to modernization initiatives and cloud\-native technologies.
