- Preferably retired from a military force. - Residential location Medellín City - Montería (preferably), or anywhere in the country. - Transportation to work site covered by the company. - Technical or technological degree. - Current Supervisor certification courses. - Experience driving 4x4 vehicles (mandatory). - Valid driver's license with no outstanding fines. - Excellent personal presentation. - **S**hift: 15 days of work x 15 days of rest. - Willingness to relocate to another city and/or village. - Good interpersonal skills. - Service to be performed in municipalities of Montería. - Full availability regarding service updates requiring commitment to the project. - Punctuality, leadership, and consistent work performance.
