Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience in data center operations and administration. * Practical knowledge of installation, configuration, and maintenance of storage systems, servers, and backup systems. * Experience in managing and monitoring physical infrastructure (cooling, electrical power supply, backup systems). * Experience in incident and problem management within the data center. * Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Technical Knowledge: * In-depth understanding of data center architectures. * Proficiency with monitoring and management tools (DCIM, Nagios, Zabbix, etc.). * Knowledge of network protocols and devices (desirable). * Administration of physical and virtual servers. * Familiarity with power management systems (UPS, PDU) is desirable. * Knowledge of physical and logical security. * Understanding of regulations and standards (Tier, TIA-942, ISO 27001, etc.). Soft Skills: * Ability to solve problems under pressure. * Effective communication skills, both for coordinating with technical teams and business units. * Leadership and teamwork capabilities. * Orientation toward continuous improvement and process optimization. * Responsibility and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the proper functioning of the data center infrastructure. * Implement and maintain security and control policies. * Monitor critical systems and respond to incidents. * Plan preventive maintenance and system upgrades. * Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure availability. * Prepare reports and technical documentation. * Analyze failures and propose solutions.
