




A leading advertising agency is seeking an Art Director responsible for leading the visual and conceptual development of advertising campaigns and creative projects within the organization, ensuring that all graphic, audiovisual, and digital materials align with brand identity and guidelines. The candidate will lead multidisciplinary creative teams, supervising the design, production, and delivery process of content. This role also requires coordinating relationships with vendors (printing, audiovisual production, POP), guaranteeing quality, timely execution, and correct brand application across different formats and platforms. Main responsibilities: 1\. Design and lead creative visual concepts for advertising campaigns and communication projects. 2\. Supervise and provide technical and aesthetic guidance to creative teams. 3\. Ensure visual and conceptual consistency across all deliverables. 4\. Coordinate and monitor printing, audiovisual production, and POP vendors. 5\. Guarantee proper application of brand visual identity across all media. 6\. Optimize time and technological resources in creative processes. 7\. Generate high-impact creative proposals that add value to brands. Job requirements: 1\. Academic background: Professional degree in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, Audiovisual Media, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related fields. Desirable: Specialization in areas related to design, creativity, visual communication, or marketing. Important: Attach Behance portfolio or PDF along with your resume. Work experience: Minimum 5 years of general experience in design and at least 3 years as an Art Director or similar role leading creative teams and managing graphic and audiovisual production. Specific skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, etc.). Knowledge and experience in UX/UI design. Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to design and creativity. Experience producing and adapting audiovisual content for multiple platforms, including digital formats and large-scale graphics.
