




This is a remote position. We’re looking for someone passionate about digital design and user experience — capable of turning ideas into functional, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces. You’ll join an innovative and growing project, where you’ll have the opportunity to design products from scratch, define interaction flows, and collaborate directly with development and leadership to build memorable user experiences. Position Objective Design, structure, and optimize the user experience in digital products, ensuring every interaction is clear, consistent, and visually aligned with the brand identity. You’ll be responsible for creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interface components that combine functionality, aesthetics, and consistency. Responsibilities * Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web or mobile products. * Create and maintain a Figma design system (components, styles, variants, tokens, autolayout, etc.). * Collaborate closely with development and graphic design teams to ensure both visual and technical consistency. * Participate in product ideation sessions, proposing solutions based on research and usability. * Conduct or support usability testing to validate design hypotheses and improve the user experience. * Apply accessible, user\-centered design principles to ensure smooth and intuitive navigation. * Document design guidelines and decisions to maintain a clear and scalable knowledge base. ### **Requirements** * 3 to 5 years of proven experience in user experience or interface design. * Portfolio with complete case studies (process, decision logic, visual results). * Analytical and critical thinking skills oriented toward problem\-solving. * Analytical, collaborative, and product\-focused mindset. * Soft skills: effective communication, empathy, curiosity, autonomy, and adaptability. * Full\-time availability. * 100% remote work mode.
