Maintenance and repair of machines An important State Entity is seeking Lathe Operators to perform tasks including operating and monitoring conventional machines and tools (e.g., planer and milling machine) for metalworking in repetitive operations such as cutting, turning, milling, polishing, drilling, sharpening, and others, according to specified dimensions and finishes. · *Interpret designs and blueprints; manufacture or rectify mechanical parts and components; additionally, perform maintenance and repair tasks on machines to ensure proper operation. · Must reside in Sogamoso. An important State Entity is seeking CNC Operators to support CNC machine operators in the following functions: monitoring conventional machines and tools; knowledge of CNC machine operation (lathes and machining centers); assistance in operating conventional lathes and milling machines; metalworking in repetitive operations such as cutting, turning, milling, polishing, drilling, sharpening, and others, according to specified dimensions and finishes. *Interpret designs and blueprints; manufacture or rectify mechanical parts and components; additionally, perform maintenance and repair tasks on machines to ensure proper operation. Must reside in Sogamoso, Duitama, Nobsa, or nearby areas. Technical High School Diploma or Technologist Degree in CNC Mechanical Engineering, Metal-Mechanical Product Machining, or related Industrial field* *Contract*: Project-Based Employment Contract, 100% on-site *Schedule*: Rotating monthly shifts, Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, 4:30 PM–2:00 AM, with one day off per week; availability on Sundays required if operational needs arise. *Salary*: COP $1,750,905 + Transportation Allowance COP $249,095 + Cafeteria Benefit + Statutory Benefits *Payment*: Monthly, on the 25th, as this is a State Entity.
