JUNIOR ANALYST AND DEVELOPER – WITH EXPERIENCE, ON-SITE IN ENVIGADO A technology-sector company requires a Junior Analyst and Developer for its team in the municipality of Envigado, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer. COMPETENCIES: - Achievement orientation - Analytical thinking - Continuous learning - Management and control - Proactivity KNOWLEDGE: - Relational databases (MySQL, SQL) - Programming (Native PHP, JAVASCRIPT, PYTHON, Docker (configuration and implementation), NodeJS, although HTML and CSS are not programming languages). - Knowledge of data exchange formats such as XML and JSON, as well as communication protocols used for information exchange between systems. - Intermediate knowledge of: Django framework usage. Gunicorn implementation as a Python web server. - Proficiency in programming paradigms (MVC, Structured, Object-Oriented, etc.). - Database and Structured Query Language (SQL) knowledge: MySQL - Knowledge of web services such as RESTful and SOAP for exchanging information via HTTP. - Knowledge of version control tools such as GIT, GitHub, GitBucker or others. - Service configuration and monitoring, Linux/Unix commands, and command-line tools (bash) - Microservice development and integration EDUCATION: Technologist or professional degree in Systems Engineering, Bioengineering, Electronics, Development, or related fields EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years as a Junior Developer MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Participate in the review, analysis, and approval of user stories and requirements to thoroughly understand development objectives and technical challenges, ensuring the feasibility of proposed solutions. - Implement new functionalities and improvements in software following clean code standards and best development practices, ensuring code quality and maintainability. - Update, enhance, and modify existing software to fix bugs or improve performance. - Identify, fix bugs, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and adapt them to new requirements or standards, reducing technical debt. - Execute unit and functional tests in configured environments simulating production behavior, to ensure that development meets requirements and functions correctly before delivery to the Quality and Testing team. - Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor - SALARY $ 4,204,000 indefinite-term contract WORK HOURS Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM . -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technological program 3 years of experience Knowledge: Git, Github, Javascript, Php, Python Keywords: analyst, developer, programmer, jr, junior
