




Position Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technologist or related professional to manage preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate suppliers, and ensure planning and execution of operations. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensively manages preventive and corrective maintenance 2. Coordinates suppliers and validates access to facilities 3. Updates maintenance schedules and prioritizes interventions Mission: Candidates preferably possess knowledge in electrical systems, electromechanical systems, planning, and activity supervision, along with experience in supplier interaction and communication. Main Responsibilities: Comprehensively manage preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring follow-up and control based on reports issued by field technicians. Release, prioritize, and assign work orders according to scheduled frequencies and daily operational needs. Coordinate, manage, and validate supplier access to client facilities in compliance with safety and operational protocols. Manage approval and creation of Purchase Orders, as well as invoice tracking in coordination with operations. Update maintenance schedules based on the actual condition and status of assets to ensure proper planning. Prioritize interventions based on asset criticality, associated operational risk, and impact on business outcomes. Ensure timely fulfillment of maintenance requirements through coordination and support from the procurement team. Document the creation of new operations and their assets in CMMS. Execute technical closure of services and ensure accurate reflection of actual costs, enabling traceability and reliability of KPIs. Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and Sodexo’s internal teams, among other duties.
