Team-oriented, sociable, proactive, dynamic, and initiative-driven We seek a Pattern Maker specialized in swimwear, possessing both technical and aesthetic skills to interpret designs, create high-quality patterns that faithfully represent our designs, and supervise production—including sketch and design interpretation, translating the designer's drawings and concepts into precise patterns. Create patterns to be used in garment construction, ensure patterns properly accommodate required sizes (grading) and styles, and demonstrate strong teamwork abilities—sociable, proactive, dynamic, and initiative-driven. Required Position: Textile Product Pattern Maker Education: Technical Degree in Garment Construction Experience: 24 months as a Pattern Maker in garment manufacturing, preferably in swimwear Salary: To be agreed upon Contract: Fixed-term contract of less than one year, directly employed by the company Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technical Program 2 years of experience
