




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technician or Technologist to support user request management, preventive maintenance, incident resolution, and data and technological process integrity verification on technology platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supporting user request management on the ERP platform. 2. Performing preventive maintenance on workstations. 3. Verifying data and technological process integrity. A prominent commercial-sector company requires a Technician or Technologist in Computer Science, Systems, Computing, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. § Support user request management via email or support systems related to incidents or requirements on the ERP platform. § Execute the preventive maintenance plan for workstations defined by the ICT Leader. § Assist in resolving incidents reported by users regarding their computers and technological tools. § Support verification of the integrity of data and technological processes used by the company. § Support information recovery through backup updates and verification, as well as review of routers, switches, servers, firewalls, and other communication components. § Verify proper functioning of communication links among the company's various locations. · Education: Technician or Technologist in Computer Science, Systems, Computing, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
