




Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Human Resources Analyst to support the comprehensive management of the department, including payroll, social security, and personnel administration. Social Security Management and Personnel Administration We seek a detail-oriented Human Resources Analyst with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality, who can support the comprehensive management of the department, especially in payroll, social security, and personnel administration processes. Main Responsibilities • Payroll preparation, review, and settlement. • Management of affiliations, updates, and withdrawals within the social security system (EPS, ARL, AFP, and compensation fund). • Support in personnel hiring processes (contract preparation, affiliations, and documentation). • Maintenance and updating of employee databases. • Monitoring and tracking of payroll updates (disabilities, leaves, overtime, etc.). • Support in fulfilling current labor obligations and regulatory requirements. • Generation of departmental reports and summaries. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Technical Program 1 year of experience People with disabilities: Yes Keywords: analyst, resources, human
