Manage resources to ensure traceability of results. * Ensure proper operation of computer equipment and information security * Guarantee sample preparation for assigned laboratory analyses * Ensure receipt of samples in the laboratory for data entry into the laboratory database (SLIM) * Guarantee performance of assigned physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses * Ensure proper handling of all laboratory equipment under their responsibility and carry out operational control/efficiency checks and calibrations as per established laboratory procedures * Timely request necessary consumables from the Laboratory Supervisor to ensure smooth operations * Promptly report to the Laboratory Supervisor any damages or malfunctions occurring in the equipment under their responsibility * Ensure compliance with safety regulations established by SGS Colombia and the client in the work area * Ensure proper use of protective equipment during job execution * Guarantee compliance with technical, operational, administrative, and quality procedures applicable to their area * Provide timely information to their immediate supervisor regarding any non-conforming product in their process or customer complaints and claims * Ensure active participation in identifying corrective and preventive actions * Ensure active participation in scheduled internal and external audits * Perform other duties assigned inherent to the position * Participate in identifying risks associated with the process. * Report any suspicious activities during daily operations. * Implement and validate laboratory test methods. * Validate and guarantee laboratory analysis results. **Requirements** Chemical Technician, Chemical Technologist, Pharmaceutical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Microbiological Engineer, Biologist, related fields, or Thesis-stage student in any of the aforementioned professions. **Experience:** Zero (0\) to 2 years of relevant experience. **Technical Knowledge:** Laboratory quality control according to NTC\-ISO/IEC 17025 standard / Knowledge of method validation, measurement uncertainty, quality assurance, and good laboratory practices
