Implement analytics and automation technologies. **Job Description** ---------------------- A leading company in the healthcare sector requires an AI Analytics and Digital Management Analyst with one (1) to five (5) years of professional experience in data analytics, artificial intelligence, statistics, mathematics, process automation, or Internal Audit. Academic Background: University degree in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Requirements and/or Knowledge for the Position: * Statistical, mathematical, or artificial intelligence modeling. * Proficiency in tools such as R, Python, DataFactory, DataBricks, Spark, Power BI, SQL Server, Oracle SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, and RPA tools such as Power Automate or UIPath. * Creation of artificial intelligence agents. * Intermediate English proficiency. * A specialization or master’s degree in data analytics or related fields is desirable. * Experience in Internal Audit or risk management is desirable. * Knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms is desirable. * Familiarity with agile methodologies is desirable. Responsibilities: * Develop descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytical models, as well as AI solutions for risk assessment and monitoring. * Extract, prepare, and analyze data to support internal audit work and investigations. * Conduct and support assurance and consulting internal audit assignments, applying current manuals and methodologies. * Propose and implement data analytics and automation technologies to improve audit process efficiency and effectiveness. * Monitor the effective closure of agreed-upon actions with management to strengthen governance, risk management, and control.
