Academic background: Student pursuing technical, technological, or professional studies in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Industrial Production Management Technology, Productivity and Quality, or related fields. Requirements and/or knowledge for the position: * Conduct direct observations, structured interviews, and complete time and motion analysis forms under OS&HMS supervision. * Ability to tabulate, clean, and organize collected information for subsequent analysis. * Availability to conduct site inspections, personal protective equipment (PPE) inspections, and safe behavior inspections according to schedule. * Support updating hazard matrices and field validation of existing controls per GTC 45. * Collect and consolidate statistical information related to absenteeism, accidents, and compliance with the OS&HMS work plan. * Support incident and occupational accident investigations by documenting statements and gathering evidence. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and processing. * Time measurement, task breakdown, and process flow diagramming. Responsibilities: * Conduct observations, interviews, and time and motion analyses following OS&HMS guidelines. * Perform site inspections, PPE inspections, and safe behavior inspections, generating preliminary reports. * Update hazard matrices and support field validation of controls. * Collect and consolidate statistical information for system management indicators.
