Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Administration, Economics, Financial Engineering, or related fields. Job Mission: Lead and oversee the financial planning and management of the Museum of Antioquia, ensuring resource availability, budget compliance, financial sustainability analysis, and technical support for strategic decision-making—coordinating closely with the Financial and Administrative Directorate. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with departments to formulate the annual budget and monitor its monthly execution. * Conduct financial monitoring and reconciliation between budget and accounting records. * Prepare periodic financial and budgetary reports. * Forecast monthly and annual cash flow and manage liquidity. * Lead the museum’s payment processes in accordance with internal policies and cash flow projections. Knowledge: * Proficiency in financial platforms, banking systems, and ERP systems. * Proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of financial indicators and management reporting.
