This role encompasses strategic definition, product implementation, and end\-to\-end management of collection flows, including integration with new payment rails and coordination with the fintech ecosystem, delivering impact on competitiveness, operational efficiency, and customer experience. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial sector, with at least 4 years in managing collections, cash-in, reconciliation, collections management, and transactional solution development. Experience with new payment rails, e-commerce, and corporate client relationship management. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
