If you are interested in ensuring the quality of agricultural products—from harvest through packaging and dispatch—this opportunity is for you. **Job Mission:** * Support operational post-harvest activities to guarantee proper handling, grading, packaging, and preservation of products, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. ‍️ **What will you do in this role?** * Receive and unload products at collection points, verifying condition and quantities against established records. * Perform grading, washing, drying, and selection of products according to quality specifications. * Package and label products following standard operating procedures and traceability requirements. * Operate basic post-harvest equipment (conveyor belts, grading tables, scales) under supervision and in compliance with safety regulations. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, including sweeping, cleaning equipment, and proper disposal of organic and inorganic waste. * Record required information in internal forms or systems (weights, batches, incidents) and report deviations to the area supervisor. * Support quality control activities and basic testing (caliber, color, firmness verification) as needed. * Comply with company-established hygiene, safety, and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Requirements:** * Education: Minimum high school diploma. Technical studies in agro-industry, agronomy, or related fields are preferred. * Experience: 1 year in harvesting or post-harvest activities, packaging, or production processes; experience handling fruits, vegetables, or other agricultural products is advantageous. * Basic knowledge of food handling, traceability, and good manufacturing practices. * Skills: Teamwork, responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to perform physical labor and shift work. * Availability for on-site work and adherence to plant working hours.
