Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician in Tunja with experience in technical support for Horeca equipment, to provide specialized assistance, conduct analyses, train customers, and perform maintenance. Preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance Maintenance Technician - Electromechanical Technician - Tunja 1 year of experience in technical support for Horeca equipment. Education: Technical or technological degree in electromechanics, electronics, or electricity Knowledge: Specific technical knowledge of ovens and Horeca sector equipment, or technical knowledge of refrigeration. Responsibilities: Provide specialized technical assistance for various brands and equipment, including coffee machines, ovens, refrigerators, ice makers, juicers, among others. Conduct technical analyses and present improvement proposals to optimize equipment performance. Train customers on the proper operation and care of commercialized machinery. Address and resolve customer-reported technical requests, failures, and inquiries. Perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance according to the established schedule. Ensure timely completion of assigned services in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Prepare and accurately complete technical reports and work orders, detailing spare parts, quantities, codes, recommendations, and relevant observations. Competencies: Electronic diagnostics Preventive maintenance Electromechanical repair Proficiency in office software tools.
