Salary: $1,750,905 + legal transportation allowance $249,095 + statutory benefits Onboarding allowance: $250,000 Commissions up to $250,000 for KPI achievement Fixed quota Monday to Saturday, with availability for 2 Sundays per month Schedules according to route: 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your Mission Ensure proper point-of-sale execution, guaranteeing product availability, display, and rotation to maximize commercial results. Main Responsibilities Execution of assigned route Product restocking and rotation Order and inventory management Implementation of planograms POP material deployment Setup of displays and additional activations Price control, returns, and expiry date monitoring Refrigerator management and execution Candidate Profile High school diploma Minimum 6 months of recent experience as a Merchandiser Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), food, or beverages Knowledge of planograms, displays, restocking, and inventory management Negotiation and interpersonal skills at the point of sale Basic understanding of performance indicators and digital tools Willingness to travel to nearby towns when required At Eficacia, we promote inclusive processes based on each individual’s capabilities, experience, and potential.
