Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician to provide specialized technical assistance, conduct technical analyses, train customers, and perform maintenance on Horeca equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized technical assistance for various Horeca brands and equipment. 2. Conduct technical analyses and propose improvements to optimize equipment performance. 3. Customer training on proper operation and maintenance of machinery. Maintenance Technician – Electromechanical Technician – Tunja 1 year of experience in technical support for Horeca equipment. Education: Technical or technological degree in electromechanics, electronics, or electricity. Knowledge: Specific technical knowledge of ovens and Horeca sector equipment, or technical knowledge of refrigeration. Responsibilities: Provide specialized technical assistance for various brands and equipment, including coffee machines, ovens, refrigerators, ice makers, juicers, among others. Conduct technical analyses and present improvement proposals to optimize equipment performance. Train customers on correct operation and maintenance of commercialized machinery. Respond to and resolve customer-reported technical requests, malfunctions, and inquiries. Perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance according to the established schedule. Ensure timely delivery of assigned services in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Properly prepare and complete technical reports and service records, detailing spare parts, quantities, codes, recommendations, and relevant observations.
