Position Summary: We are seeking a Nursing Manager with leadership skills, a service-oriented mindset, and experience in clinical management, Promotion and Prevention (PyP) programs, and public health for a major healthcare institution. Experience in public health and clinical management A prominent institution in the healthcare sector requires a Nursing Manager to provide services at the Cómbita Penitentiary Establishment in Boyacá. We seek a professional with leadership capabilities, a vocation for service, and experience in clinical management, Promotion and Prevention (PyP) programs, and public health. Main Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the nursing team. Conduct and validate nursing assessments (admission, follow-up, and discharge). Coordinate Promotion and Prevention (PyP) programs. Implement and monitor public health activities (e.g., vaccination, prenatal care, chronic disease programs, among others). Ensure compliance with protocols, clinical guidelines, and care pathways. Supervise the completion of clinical records and clinical documentation. Monitor public health indicators and reports. Patient education and demand-generation strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Registration in RETHUS. Minimum 1 year of experience (including mandatory social service). Experience in PyP, public health, and clinical management. Leadership and teamwork skills.
