




Job Summary: We are seeking an Auxiliary I / User Management professional to identify barriers in service delivery, manage affiliate requests, and mediate between IPS and Nueva EPS, following customer service protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Identify barriers in service delivery and efficiently manage requests. 2. Act as an intermediary between IPS and Nueva EPS. 3. Resolve difficult situations and handle customer service protocols. We are currently seeking an Auxiliary I / User Management professional. Responsibilities: Identify users encountering barriers in service delivery. Efficiently and effectively manage and expedite affiliate requests and inquiries. Serve as an intermediary between IPS and Nueva EPS where the insurer has no other presence. Comply with established guidelines in the customer service protocol. Schedule: Workweek: Monday – Saturday Specific Schedule: Day shift (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM) Academic Level: Technical degree or undergraduate student (minimum 3 semesters completed) Minimum Experience in Related Positions: 6 months Required Experience: In customer service. In appropriately directing resolution of difficult user service situations. Knowledge of protocols, customer service, and complaint handling. Specific Knowledge and Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in office software tools (Word, Excel).
